What are the minimum and maximum group sizes for birthday packages?
We accommodate groups starting from 4 participants up to 6 players per private session. For larger events or custom private buyouts, please contact our events team directly to arrange custom scheduling and exclusive arena access.
What is your booking and cancellation policy for special events?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your preferred date and time slot. Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the event will receive a full deposit refund, while adjustments to individual package counts can be made up to 48 hours before the party.
